When you apply for a teaching position through Teachers Council, we provide a professional and personalized service, whereby great care is taken to ensure a suitable placement. We work hard to match your experience and major to the requirements of the schools. You have the say in where you want to teach, and a telephone or personal interview with the human resource manager and often the principal of the school, ensures that you are placed in a position that suits your needs.

Teachers Council offers a unique and exciting employment package for Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary teachers seeking a full time position. We are not just a recruitment service that places teachers to schools. All of our successful applicants receive a contract confirming their employment before leaving home. Appointments are initially for a one year term; however, in almost all cases, the contract is renewed indefinitely.

Positions are available for teachers with majors in specialized subject areas. Teachers Council has successfully recruited and placed teachers in early childhood - preschool, primary, middle and secondary schools. Subjects include all levels of math, all areas of science, languages [especially Spanish], early childhood and elementary, English, and special education. There is also a more limited need for teachers in other subject areas, such as computer technology, physical education, etc.
