Our service provides you with:

• Full-time employment contracts: They are initially for 1 year and renewed each year thereafter, depending on your needs and the circumstances within the school. In almost all cases, employment contracts are renewed indefinitely.
• Contracts issued prior to your departure overseas: Telephone interviews are arranged directly with the Human Resource Director and other staff members, including principals where you will be teaching. You will be able to ask any questions that you have and of course, the HR director will interview and ask you questions about your background, education, teaching experience and philosophy of education.
• Premium salary rates: Salaries recognize your teaching experience, especially after completing the certification requirements of the school. Teaching in the US provides for excellent salaries and great benefits. The salaries vary from school to school. Attached is a chart of basic salaries.
• Sick leave entitlements, holidays and vacation, professional leave days, etc. are included in all contracts.
• Work Visa for the US is arranged for you. The H-1B work visa is the best working visa in the US . Initially it is for one to three years and thereafter extended to a maximum of 6 years. Application for adjustment to permanent residency for the entire family can be made as soon as the school and you are ready.
